We have a remarkable experience in direct RNA sequencing and poly(A) profiling (see: publications). Thus, we can offer:

• Whole-transcriptome sequencing with either Direct RNA or cDNA  protocol
• Sequencing of in vitro transcribed RNA
• Basic bioinformatic analysis of nanopore sequencing data, including poly(A) tails profiling, differential expression analysis and differential isoform usage.

In all cases, we can handle all steps, from RNA isolation and purification, through library preparation and sequencing, to basic bioinformatic analysis. The selection of the experimental set-up is always discussed with the customers, to choose what suits their expectations best.
